Spent the whole weekend at parent’s weekend in Interlochen
TRX at 8am 3 mile run – 29:02
Leg day at the gym at 8am hour on the bike at 4pm
TRX workout at 8am 7 mile run (first time ever) at 4pm
Here we go. I want to train for a half Ironman. I said it. I can see the words right there. It is taking everything in me not to push the back button and erase what I just typed. Fear Failure Not worthy Who am I kidding? I want all those voices to go away.
The last line in chapter 8 says: “when you are content to be simply yourself and don’t compare or compete, everybody will respect you” It is so hard not to compare.
