6 mile run. I tried to run 8 miles, I ran out four miles but only ran back 2 and walked the other 2. Disappointed in myself. My left hamstring was hurting a little, and it was a long time but I should have kept going.
I am going to believe in myself. I am going to not sabotage myself. I am not going be sad and lonely. I will be happy with myself.
Weights at the gym this morning and 10 min on the rowing machine 3pm went on a 7 mile run to the highway and back. One hour and 20 min.
It is Sunday. Need to get out of this funk. Went out to Hartwick Pines and ran a three mile trail run. Wasn’t that fast. Wasn’t that great but enjoyed being in the woods.
Haven’t been very into it. Bought a $3000 bike last weekend. Am I worth having a $3000 bike. What if I don’t do it, then I spent $3000 on failure. I could have spent that money towards the kids college stuff. Do I really deserve a $3000 bike. Maybe the purchase has scared me a […]
